Obe su predivne!!!&lt;br /&gt;A sada malo i recepta, ja se raspricala :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;-Sastojci-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Za cokoladni fil:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-7 dcl. melka, 2 pudinga od cokolade, 2 kasike tamnog kakaoa, 8 kasika secera i 2 rebra cokolade i cetvrt margarina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Za fil od jagode:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-6 dcl. mleka, 2 pudinga sa ukusom jagode, 8 kasika secera i ekstrakr jagode i cetvrt margarina.&lt;br /&gt;-Bambijev keks sa maslacem.&lt;br /&gt;-i jos jedan slag sa ukusom jagoda, cokoladne mrvice za dekoraciju.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Skuvati cokoladni fil tako sto se izmesaju svi sastojci da ne ostane grudvica i skuva se da pude glatko i gusto. U vruce dodati margarin, izmesati i sacekati da se prohladi.&lt;br /&gt;Za fil od jagode uciniti poptuno isto kao sa cokoladnim, skuvati, dodati margarin i esenciju jagode i ostaviti da se prohladi.&lt;br /&gt;Redjanju postupiti ovako: potrebno je da za svako parce snita uzmete po 5 keksa.&lt;br /&gt;Dva premazete sa cokoladom, a dva sa jagodom i postavite ih jedne na druge, kao toranj.&lt;br /&gt;Nakon sto ste sve poredjali i slozili na zadnji keksic staviti ravan sloj slaga od jagode a po obodima istiskati cipku ili ruzice kako vam se vise svidja.&lt;br /&gt;Takodje mozete ostaviti snite bez prstencica, ja nisam mogla da odolim :)&lt;br /&gt;Lagano posuti snite sa cokoladnim mrvicama i gotovo!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_1g0_8s_Yb-4/Sb6kfRsYPWI/AAAAAAAAAUc/fXXDsa-HCkQ/s1600-h/blog+keks+5.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Svaku jufkicu razvaljati na krug veoma tanko koliko god nam testo dozvoljava i iseci ga na 8 trouglova. Svaki uviti od sireg dela ka uzem i redjati kifle u tepsiju postavljenu pek papirom. Premazati svaku lako umucenim belancetom i posuti susamom.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Peci na 200 stepeni 25-30 minuta ili koliko je vec potrebno da lepo pozlate!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meni se licno recept jako dopada i za sada je omiljeni u mojoj familiji, mozete ih staviti u vrecu i lako prekriti platnenom krpom ali ako to slucajno zaboravite nista se ne nervirajte, i sutradan ce biti mekane i fine! Kvasac izmrviti sa mlakim mlekom i kasikom secera. Uzasli kvasac dodati brasnu i na kraju sipeti mileram sobne temperature.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Mesiti testo sve do ne postane vazdusasto i glatko i lako.&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Testo ne sme biti tvrdo, mora biti mekano i na granici lepljivosti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Navlaziti ruke sa uljem i dovrsiti mesenje sve dok se ne odlepe i zadnji delovi testa sa strana posude.Ostaviti pokriveno platnenom krpom da se udvostruci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Izruciti testo na dobro pobrasnjenu podlogu i nezno premesiti, ne jako!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Razvaljato na debljinu od 1 cm i iseci polovinu testa na cetvorougle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Svaku kocku iseci po sredini dva puta kako bi kasnije ostale dve dugacke rupe u mekiki ( to je po starom seljackom obliku)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;A za malo modernije kombinacije:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Casom ili kalupom izvaditi krugove i svaki probusiti prstom u sredini, lagano palcevima vuci testo ka krajevima i formirati venac.Testo se jako lepo tegli tako da necete imati problema da formirate lepi venac.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;A jedan deo testa iseci na trake i formirati puzica. Ostaviti sve prekriveno krpom jos 15 minuta da lepo naraste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Ulje ugrejati na srednjoj temperaturi i spustati mekike da se peku, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;ulje mora biti vruce ali ne vrelo!&lt;/span&gt; Peci ih par minuta sa jedne i sa druge strane. Staviti ih u jednu dublju plasticu ciniju i dobro osoliti, politi sa 2 kasike meda, belim biberom, i 1 cajnom kasicicom crvene ljute mlevene paprike. Ostaviti pola sata da odstoji i krompir pusti vodu.&lt;br /&gt;Praziluk iseci na kolutice, poredjati ga u nauljenu tepsiju na samo dno.&lt;br /&gt;Slaninu iseckati na male kockice ili tanke snitice. Sargarepu takodje iseckati na malecne kockice!&lt;br /&gt;Na poredjani luk koji treba malo posoliti poredjati red krompira.&lt;br /&gt;Zatim, posuti ga jednim delom isecene sangarepe, slanine...treba paziti da krompir ide u redovima prekrivajuci narednom jedan kraj....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_1g0_8s_Yb-4/SbV7jZxlSbI/AAAAAAAAAQg/zCbE9YjWIjE/s1600-h/Hot+potatos3.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 297px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_1g0_8s_Yb-4/SbV7jZxlSbI/AAAAAAAAAQg/zCbE9YjWIjE/s400/Hot+potatos3.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5311287183697856946" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Nastaviti sa redom preostalog krompira i njega ponovo posuti sargarepom i slaninom.&lt;br /&gt;Ljutu svezu papricicu iseckati na jako sitne komadice i posuti ga po celoj povrsini tako da se lepo izmesa sa slaninom i krompirom.&lt;br /&gt;Sve posoliti i preliti sa maslinovim uljem.&lt;br /&gt;Poklopiti ili prekriti folijom ili celu tepsiju staviti u vrecu u kojoj se pece piletina, zavezati i staviti u vec zagrejanu rernu na 220 stepeni. Ostavimo 10 minuta da nabubri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Zatim u nabubreli kvasac dodamo ulje, jaja, mileram i rum. Uz dolivanje mlake vode zamesimo glatko i elasticno testo! Uzivajte!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kapriciozna gospodarica jednog velikog imanja zagledala se u svog mladog kuvara.&lt;br /&gt;Bio je to lep, stasit mladic koji je zajedno sa svojom mladom suprugom Erzebet spravljao slastice u tom gazdinstvu.&lt;br /&gt;Erzebet, mlada madjarica primetila je gospodaricino sve vece zanimanje za svog muza i usled ljubomore i ocaja obratila se svojoj svekrvi za savet.&lt;br /&gt;Matilda, veoma mudra zena dala joj je jedan stari, bezimeni recept i nalozila joj sta i kako da uradi… Sutradan, posle svecanog rucka gazdarica je pozvala kuvara i njegovu zenu i upitala za novi kolac. Mladic je zbunjeno gledaou svoju suprugu jer se na stolu nalazio kolac njegove majke. cokolada za kuvanje i malo ulja&lt;br /&gt;Umesiti testo od svih sastojaka.Treba da bude glatko i da se sve lepo poveze.Uviti ga u foliju i ostaviti u frizider da se odmori na 20-30 minuta.Od ove mase ispecemo dve kore na prevnutoj namazanoj i pobrasnjenoj tepsiji ili na papiru za pecenje koji smo stavili takodje na poledjinu tepsije.Radnu plocu dosta pobrasnite jer ga testo dosta upija pri razvlacenju!Pecite ga na 180 C dok lepo ne naraste.Bitno je ne prepeci ga.Pazite lako zagori.Ispecene kore ostavite na stolnjaku i ne pomerajte ga sve do filovanja jer moze da popuca.Ako se to i desi nema veze samo ga prilikom filovanja uglavite kao mozaik.Kada se nasece kolac nece se nista primetiti.Za piskotu umutimo belanca i secer dok ne ocvrsne i pocne da sjaji,umesamo zumanca i brasno pomesano sa praskom za pecivo i pecemo na 175 C.&lt;/span&gt; Ukoliko je masa nedovoljno cvrsta dodati jos mlevenog keksa.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Dobro izmesati i puniti folijom oblozen limeni kalup. &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Svaku lopticu nanovo premesimo da bude glatka i na dobro pobrasnjenoj dasci razvijemo u cetvrtastu koru.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Na poledjini tepsije ispecemo svaki list na temperaturi od 200 stepeni.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Pecemo par minuta, pazite jako brzo su gotove!&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Dok su jos tople kore odsecemo im krajeve i stavimo ih sa strane.&lt;/span&gt;   &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;-Za fil-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Secer istopimo do svetlo braon boje.1 dcl. vode i 3 dcl. mleka izradimo sa brasnom da ne ostanu grudvice. Dodamo toj masi ostalo mleko i sve sipamo u otopljeni secer-karamel. Skuvamo da bude gusto i da se sav karamel otopi. Potrebno je stalno mesati kako se brasno ne bi zapeklo na dnu serpe. U polutopli fil dodamo na kockice iseceni maslac ili margarin i vanil secer, izradimo mikserom. Napunimo kore tako da i na gornju dodje fil. Sad uzmemo odsecene krajeve koji su se vec svrdnuli i ohladili i izrendamo sitno na povrsinu kolaca. Dobro izmesati sve i dodati otopljenu cokoladu.Masu ohladiti, praviti kuglice i ponovo ih staviti da se dobro ohlade.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Otopiti cokoladu na tihoj vatri sa toliko ulja da cokolada bude glatka i elasticna ( ne preretka) Puno zavisi i od same cokolade koju koristite, pa zato nema preciznih mera.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Ohladjene minjone lagano nabosti na drveni stapic za raznjice i prelivati cokoladnom glazurom i stavljati ih na masni papir da se glazura sasvim osusi.&lt;/span&gt; Kad je mlako dodajemo jedno po jedno jaje i mutimo mikserom sa spiralnim nastavcima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Tepsiju oblozimo papirom za pecenje i stavljamo testo velicine veceg oraha kasikom ili ga istiskujemo kroz poslasticarsku vrecu sa zvezdastim nastavkom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Paziti jer princes krofne narastu duplo i treba izmedju njih ostaviti mesta sa svih strana, jedino ce tako svaka uspeti da lepo naraste u visinu i bude prhka sa svih strana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Pecemo na 225 stepeni prvih 10 minuta,  zatim smanjimo na 200 i pecemo narednih 20-tak minuta tj. dok ne poprime lepu zlatnu boju princeza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;- Fil I :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;U serpi sa duplim dnom umutimo mikserom jaja i secere da bude penasto i gusto, dodamo gustin i miksajuci na najnizoj brzini i mleko. Skuvamo da bude lepa, gusta i glatka krema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Izrucimo je u ciniju i premazemo odgore parcetom margarina da se ne stvori korica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Nakon sto se ohladilo dodamo margarin i dobro izmiksamo da nema grudvica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;-Fil II :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Umutimo slag-kremu od vanile ili slatku pavlaku.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Princeze secemo nazubljenim nozem dok su jos vruce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204);"&gt;Filujemo zutim kremom pa slagom. Najbolje je da&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 204, 204); font-weight: bold;"&gt;                 pratite dok se peku i samo odredite vreme. Otac mu je bio predivan zuti 'avlijaner" po imenu Boki.&lt;br /&gt;Boki je bio moj miljenik, neverovatne naravi. E sad,sledi mala prica o ljubavi princeze Maze i obicnog momka Bokija.&lt;br /&gt;Jednog dana u kraljevstvo nase baste doputovala je prelepa princeza kustrave, bujne kose i krupnih bademastih ociju. Siskice su joj ljupko padale preko slatkog lica sireci se kroz duge trepavice ko u devojcice.&lt;br /&gt;Boki je ugledao prelepu princezu i pozurio da je pozdravi. Naravno, po malo uobrazena princeza Maza nije ga udostojila ni pogleda, tiho je zarezala na njega i okrenula mu ledja resena da ga vise nikada ne pogleda.&lt;br /&gt;Boki se zaljubio istog trena u tu tamnoputu lepoticu. Danima je obletao oko nje, donosio joj najvece kosti u znak paznje, pratio je i branio kao pravi zastitnik.&lt;br /&gt;Princeza se nije dala smeksati, cak ni kosti omirisati....&lt;br /&gt;Pravila se vazna jer je lepa i zgodna mlada dama, setkala se i vrckala, izludjivala svoga viteza...&lt;br /&gt;Nije se sazalila na njega, samo je treptala i skakutala...&lt;br /&gt;Prosli su dani, vreme je menjalo svoje lice spustajuci jesensku kisu kroz suncem obasjano nebo....vazduh je zahladnio i  miris zime polako je nadolazio najavljujuci sneg.&lt;br /&gt;Za princezu opremljen je veeeliki zamak od kartona, doneti su najmeksi jastuci od plisa, prekrivaci i igracke od raznih boja kako bi princeza mogla da se izlezava i zapoveda u svom novom kraljevstvu.&lt;br /&gt;U samo jutro, jednog hladnog i tmurnog dana princeza se sazalila na Bokija i pozvala ga u svoj dvorac da se ugreje i prenoci, kao svaka dobra domacica ponudila mu je mesto kraj sebe i dala mu jednu njenu igracku uz sladak treptaj dugim trepavicama i nezni sjaj u okicama.&lt;br /&gt;Lako ga je liznula po njuski i srecno zaspala grejana njegovim snaznim telom, mirna u svom dvorcu Ljubavi u kojem je cuva njen vitez Boki :)&lt;br /&gt;Iz te velike i dozivotne ljubavi rodio se mali Meda :))))&lt;br /&gt;Najsladje stvorenje u tom kraljevstvu srece! Na tatu boje meda sa crnom i tamnijom njuskicom a bujne kose i kovbrdzave dlake na princezu Mazu.&lt;br /&gt;Meda je proveo srecno detinjstvo u tom carstvu nase baste. Kralj Boki je doziveo mnogo godina srece i ljubavi ali starost je pokucala na vrata i pozvala ga sebi.&lt;br /&gt;Princeza Maza, nedugo nakon bolnog rastanka, obolela je od teske i neizlecive bolesti.
